Hand-drawn portraits
Each portrait is hand-drawn in pencil from start to finish, carefully and over time. My style is softly realistic: my goal is not just the appearance, but the mood, the presence and what makes the subject unique.
A portrait is a personal gift that will be preserved from generation to generation.
Each of my portraits is a unique work, created after several, even dozens of hours of focused work. The work includes sketching, checking proportions, building shadows, finishing details, and fine-tuning the overall look.
A hand-drawn portrait is not a mass-produced product. It cannot be done quickly. Every line is created by hand and every work is unique.
My pricing is based on:
– the demands of the work
– time spent
– artistic competence
– and that the end result is a lasting, archival work of art, not a disposable image.
I only commission a limited number of portraits per year so that each work gets the attention it deserves.

Order and delivery terms
The portrait is made to order based on photographs provided by the client. The reference photos must be of sufficient quality so that the final result resembles the subject as closely as possible. If the photo is unclear, the appearance of the portrait cannot be guaranteed, and it may differ from the model. The artist reserves the right to refuse the order if the reference photos do not allow for high-quality execution.
Orders are charged a prepayment upon order confirmation. The balance is paid before the work is shipped.
Delivery time is typically 6-8 weeks, depending on the order queue and the complexity of the work.
Shipping time within Finland is usually 2-5- business days. Shipping to Sweden typically takes 5-14 business days.
The price includes one light repair round. Larger changes or re-implementation of the work will be agreed separately.
As this custom-made product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the work has begun, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
The portraits are intended for private use. Copyright remains with the artist. Possible commercial use is subject to separate agreement.
Other drawing requests, such as backgrounds, full bodies, props, or special requests, are priced on a case-by-case basis.
How to order a portrait
- Please contact us first via the contact form.
In the message, briefly describe what kind of portrait it is (size, person/pet, number of people). - You will receive a response with information about the schedule, price, and whether the order can be accepted.
- After your order is approved, you will receive instructions for submitting reference photos and payment information.
- The portrait will be completed within the agreed schedule and delivered carefully packaged.
