These terms of use apply to the Ateljee Kumma online store and its use. By using the online store, you agree to these terms of use.


Online store content

Ateljee Kumma offers art, illustrations and products based on them in its online store, as well as commissioned works by separate agreement.

We reserve the right to change the content, products and prices of the online store without prior notice.

Ordering and formation of the contract

An order is created when a customer places an order in the online store and payment is accepted.

For commissioned works (e.g. portraits and other customized works), a contract is only concluded after separate contact, approval and agreed payment.


Payment

The payment methods available in the online store are announced at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or another separately announced payment processor.


Delivery, returns and cancellations

Deliveries, returns and cancellations are subject to the online store's Delivery Terms and Conditions and Return Policy , which are available in the online store.


Intellectual property rights

All content of the online store, including images, illustrations, texts and other material, are the property of Ateljee Kumma, unless otherwise stated.

The content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without separate permission.


Limitation of liability

Ateljee Kumma is not liable for indirect damages caused by the use or inability to use the online store. This limitation does not restrict mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure.


Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the online store's Privacy Policy .


Changing the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms of use. The terms in effect at the time of order will always apply.


Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms of use are governed by Finnish law. However, mandatory consumer protection legislation of the customer`s country of residence may also apply.

Any disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation. The consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Consumers may also use the EU ONlie Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at  https:/ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
