Ateljee Kumma delivers products to Finland and Sweden.

Delivery times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–5 business days of receiving the order and confirming payment, unless otherwise stated for each product.

Estimated delivery times:

Finland: 1–5 business days
Sweden: 3–10 business days
The customer will be notified of any exceptional delays as soon as possible.

Delivery methods and costs

Available delivery methods and delivery costs are indicated at checkout before confirming the order.

Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight and country of delivery of the order.


🇫🇮 Finland

Letter (light mail): €3.00 – no tracking
XXS package: €5.90 – with tracking
S-package: €8.90 – with tracking

🇸🇪 Sweden

Letter (0–100 g): €6.00 – no tracking
Letter (100–250 g): €9.00 – no tracking
Tracked shipment: €19.90 - with tracking

Untracked letter shipments are delivered without tracking, and the seller is not responsible for any delays or possible losses during transportation.


Commissioned works and portraits

Delivery times for commissioned works (such as portraits and other customized works) are always agreed separately with the customer.

Custom works are not available for purchase directly from the online store, but require separate contact and approval before payment.


Delivery responsibility

Responsibility for the product passes to the customer when the product has been handed over for transport.

If the shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.


Address information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information they provide.

The customer is responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.
