RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right, under Finnish consumer protection law and EU consumer protection legislation, to withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any specific reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to cancel the order with an unambiguous statement (for example, by email).
Return Period
The product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
The right of return applies only to physical products.
The returned product must be:
• unused
• in a saleable condition
• in its original condition
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product for return shipping.
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Return Address
The return address will be provided to the customer by email after the return notification.
Returns must be arranged in advance by contacting us via email.
Refunds
The price of the returned product and the original shipping costs (according to the least expensive delivery method offered) will be refunded.
Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive option will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product or after the customer has provided proof of return.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (for example, portraits or other custom-made works)
Defective or Incorrect Product
If the product has been damaged during transport or is otherwise defective, the customer must contact us immediately by email.
Return costs for defective products will be reimbursed, and the product will be either refunded or replaced with a new one.
Processing of Returns
Returns are processed within a reasonable time after receiving the returned product.
