Return Policy

The consumer has a 14-day right to cancel the order from the date of receiving the product. After cancellation, the product must be returned within 14 days. For physical products from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with EU Consumer Protection Act.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

The customer must notify us of the withdrawal by email within 14 days of receiving the product.

Customized products and custom work

Portraits and other products made according to the customer's wishes are customized and do not have the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Defective or incorrect product

If the product is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us immediately by email.
Return costs incurred due to a faulty product will be reimbursed.

Processing returns

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
